Support Criteria

Organized groups of sick or disabled children visiting the Central Florida area may apply in writing for assistance.

Each group must be fully independent with its own medical support, and able to deal with all the legalities associated with the individual group.

NHF-USA, Inc. accepts no responsibility for medical insurance, travel insurance, medical assistance, or equipment.

NHF-USA, Inc. shall be held harmless in any arrangements for support offered by NHF-USA, Inc

Acceptance of groups is dependant on the Parents/Guardians of minor children providing waivers authorizing photographs to be taken and used as deemed appropriate by the Board.

Application for support and evidence of compliance with the previous articles must be submitted to the Board of Directors at least eight months prior to the planned trip.

No group will be assisted by an individual under the NHF USA name without prior knowledge of the Board
