| 1. | Organized groups of sick or disabled children visiting the Central Florida area may apply in writing for assistance. |
| 2. | Each group must be fully independent with its own medical support, and able to deal with all the legalities associated with the individual group. |
| 3. | NHF-USA, Inc. accepts no responsibility for medical insurance, travel insurance, medical assistance, or equipment. |
| 4. | NHF-USA, Inc. shall be held harmless in any arrangements for support offered by NHF-USA, Inc |
| 5. | Acceptance of groups is dependant on the Parents/Guardians of minor children providing waivers authorizing photographs to be taken and used as deemed appropriate by the Board. |
| 6. | Application for support and evidence of compliance with the previous articles must be submitted to the Board of Directors at least eight months prior to the planned trip. |
| 7. | No group will be assisted by an individual under the NHF USA name without prior knowledge of the Board |
